As the owner of a truck repair company based right here in Etobicoke North, Norman knows what it means to meet payroll, keep a shop running, and show up for customers who depend on him — the same accountability he brings to public service.

That hands-on experience shapes how he sees this campaign. He's not approaching Ward 1 as an outsider with a plan — he's approaching it as someone who has hired locally, worked alongside tradespeople and labourers, and felt firsthand the pressure that rising costs put on small business owners and working families alike.
